(More customer reviews)The mouse I bought worked great for the first few months until the scroll wheel began to fail. It started to skip randomly around the whole page. When I contacted targus customer service they replied promptly to send them my mouse to have it replaced. I mailed it at my expense. Customer service was friendly but it did take them a month to get me a new mouse!
