Oh it still works, but I want to use it with my laptop and didn't want to sacrifice not having one for my desktop. It's one of the few Bluetooth mice that actually works well--no problems pairing or with loss of signal as I've had with other mice.
The best thing is that this one is rechargeable using a USB cable that allows you to continue using it while it charges. No exotic battery in it either, just common rechargeable AAA size.
For the Mac, the white and silver finish is ideal. And while you may not have heard of this company before, this mouse lived a previous life under another name--the Targus AMB02US. It's nearly identical except for one extra button that I never really used.
If you want wireless convenience and are concerned with battery usage, you need one of these. It works great on both the PC and Mac.
