(More customer reviews)The Garmin nuvi 2300LM is a good navigator but not as good on the features. The street view is OK but you can not quickly go to current location without going to the tools menu. There should be a shortcut from the street view to just tap the top of the window. Once at the, my current location, it gives you the altitude which isn't real accurate but it doesn't give you your exact heading or speed. It just says N or S etc. I was told Garmin was the best but this has disappointed me a bit. My old Magellan Crossover is much better except that I can't get updated maps. As far as the updated maps on the Garmin, I updated them once I received it but they aren't as up to date as they should be.. The last item that disappointed me was that the Garmin 2300 LM doesn't give you a choice of routes like you can not chose to not use freeways. So, it will send you on the freeways even if the route is longer but it takes less time. I doubt I will purchase another Garmin unless they improve their product.
