(More customer reviews)At first I was skeptical about this deck after receiving it and ultimately wrote a bad review. In the following weeks I've determined this is the best deck I've ever owned. my only huge complaint was the slowness of viewing the folders off a USB device. Then I found a forum where someone had modified the kenwood music software into something simple and great. If you buy this deck you must visit [...] and download the improved version of kenwood's software. Sound quality is superb and the only thing lacking in the head unit is intuitiveness and a dedicated mute button on the deck :P. ALSO there seems to be some sort of glitch with the deck. If you remove the faceplate, start up the vehicle and put the faceplate back on, the deck will not read ANY USB device until it's reset with the reset button. You must put the faceplate back on BEFORE starting the vehicle. strange I know but it's something I can live with.
