(More customer reviews)This item was purchased for most part to serve as baby monitoring, when reading description of the item it was ready for (A/V IN) after opening the package I figured out that of course it is capable to add a camera or external DVD player or even more devices, the yellow wire made for video input recognizes the camera but instead of viewing the camera it shows me (WARNING PLEASE STOP THE VIDEO) up on receiving this message I contacted Tview technical support and told to return the item to the sellers and get replacement because that message appears on defective items however they said if I am advanced user and have soldering gun, I can open the unit and remove one of the resisters, unfortunately I am not that advanced to modify manufactory errors and fix it. Although it arrived on time, I wasn't be able to use my time off to install this unit for my new born, I also looked at your policy, it says I am responsible to pay shipping and 20% restocking fee, I don't think I can do that, I don't buy an Item to make sellers or myself uncomfortable rather I buy it because I need it, when it doesn't do what it should; sellers are responsible to replace it within the timely manner or I will be forced to look for different sellers.
At this point I want this unit to be replaced as soon as possible, while at the same time informing you that I am not entitle to paying neither the 20% restocking nor the shipping fee.
